Trochoid® pump
Trochoid® Pump is an internal gear type oil pump in which external gears and internal gears mesh to rotate. The dvantage of Trochoid® pump is less wear, compact and capable of large capacity, low noise and long product life.
Many trochoid® pumps are used in a wide range of industrial fields.
Trochoid® pump is a kind of gear pump that captures fluid between an external gear and an internal gear and transfers it by rotating its gear. Compared with other type of pump, the advantage is lower wear, lower noise, and longer product life. All of NOP Trochoid® pumps are manufactured under the precise processing and delivered after strict quality check.
Trochoid® pump is applied in machine tool to transport cooling and lubricating oil, in oil transfer for ship, factory, agricultural greenhouse, and in engine oil exchanging machine at gas stations and in frying oil exchanger in the food industry. Nowadays many NOP Trochoid® pumps are incorporated in wind power generator for transferring lubricating oil to the blade gear box.
